Legalization of Documents
All consular fees must be paid by a NETS Card.
Since January 20, 2021, the legalization functions have been transferred from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Singapore Academy of Law.
All official documents issued in the Republic of Singapore can be recognized in Russia only after Legalization by our Consular Office.
Before submitting the document to us please make sure it has been legalized by the Singapore Academy of Law (https://legalisation.sal.sg/) first.
Non-government documents (private or company documents) must be first referred to a Notary Public (any law firm offering notarial services) for notarisation and then to the Singapore Academy of Law (1 Supreme Court Lane, Level 4, Singapore 178879, Tel: 63324388 / Fax: 63344940) for certification and legalization.
All documents issuedby the Singapore Government Departments(eg. ACRA, IRAS, Registry of Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates and Educational Certificates from local government schools) must be directly legalised by Singapore Academy of Law in their original text (not in a “certified copy”).
Computer-generated documents eg. IRAS, ACRA documents,must be certified by the issuing authority firstbefore presenting to Singapore Academy of Law for legalisation (please see examples of duly prepared ACRA documents – Bizfile first page, Bizfile last page, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Cerificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Good Standing).

Commercial documents such as Invoices, Bills of Sales, Certificates of Origin, Fumigation certificates, etcmust be certified or seen byany of the four Chambers of Commerce (International, Chinese, Indian & Malay) or the Singapore Manufacturers' Association before presenting to MFA for legalisation.
The processing time for Legalisation at our Office usually is one working day (next day collection).
Consular fee for one document is
- for Singapore and third countries applicants - 76 SGD payable at the time of submission by a «NETS» Card. Payment is non-refundable;
- for Russian applicants - 40 SGD payable at the time of submission in by a «NETS» Card. Payment is non-refundable.
