Please be advised that from June 30, 2021 onwards the operation of the Russian Visa Center in Singapore (10, Anson Road, #21-04, International Plaza, Singapore 079903) will temporary cease. To apply for all types of visas to Russia foreign applicants should submit documents and passports to the Consular Section (Nassim Road 53) directly.
All consular fees must be paid by a NETS Card.
Dear visitors, with regard to the Singapore Government’s accession to the HCCH Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, please be advised that as a Contracting Party to the Convention, Russian Federation accepts and recognizes Apostille stamps on official public and private documents issued in foreign states.
An Apostille can be attached to official Singapore public documents (certificate of birth, notification of life birth, certificate of marriage, certificate of degree, etc.) by Singapore Academy of Law (https://legalisation.sal.sg/).
An Apostille should be attached to an original public document (or notary certificate for commercial documents) before submission at the Consular Section.
The Embassy is not authorized to issue and attaché Apostille to any official public or private Russian documents.
